John Paul Sibley

New City Fellowship is a cross‑cultural PCA mission church in Orangeburg, SC, making disciples who enjoy, follow, and serve Jesus. JP and Laurie Sibley moved to Orangeburg in 2015 to plant the church, launching public worship in 2017; they now meet at 635 Stonewall Jackson Street. The church focuses on raising up minority leaders through community outreach and ministry at local HBCUs—SC State and Claflin—supported by Joel Brown and his family. Located in an economically distressed region, New City prioritizes mercy ministry and includes the poor in its life, creating ongoing financial need. Thank you for supporting this work.
