Native American & First Nations Ministries

Planting churches in urban, reservation, and rural centers with strong Native populations.
The Vision
It has been said, “Native Americans are not unreached people groups; they are mis-reached people.” After 500 years it is estimated that only 2-5% of Indigenous people profess to be believers.

Our Purpose
It is Mission to North America’s commitment to build meaningful and strong relationships with our Native American and First Nation brothers and sisters. We are looking to plant churches in urban, reservation and rural centers that have strong Native populations. We also seek to strengthen relationships between Native communities and our churches.
How to Pray
-
Great Plains Gathering is church located in Billings, Montana, is pastored by TE Charette of Turtle Mountain Chippewa ancestry. They desire to create a sense of family and home among the congregation. Pray as they develop an authentic multi-cultural congregation that reflects both their context and the Gospel.

They reach out to the community through Hope Fellowship Church where TE Tsavatewa of Navajo ancestry is the pastor. They have various ministries for youth and families where they provide acts of service, and mercy to their neighbors on the Reservation.
-
