Francisco 'Cisco' Victa

Lebanon Valley PCA, planted in 2020, has grown to about 80 worshipers each Lord’s Day and is now moving toward particularization as a self‑sustaining church. Our vision is to impact the towns of Lebanon County—Annville, Cleona, Lebanon City, Cornwall, and Jonestown—by helping people of all ages discover the Good News of Christ and serve Him in their families and communities. We emphasize proclaiming the Gospel, resting in the grace of Christ, and reflecting the beauty of diversity and racial reconciliation as we pursue a church that mirrors the unity of believers from every tribe, tongue, and nation.
