Description
Every church knows the ache of the open back door, guests who come, feel something, and quietly slip away before they ever belong. This module asks more than "How do we keep people?" It asks, "How does the Gospel make strangers into family, and how do we lead our churches to become that kind of family?" Because Christ first welcomed us (Romans 15:7), and in Him we are "no longer strangers… but members of the household of God" (Ephesians 2:19), we will move from the heart of hospitality to the practice of integration: seeing through the visitor's eyes, closing the back door with intention, and leading our congregations toward lasting belonging. This is the work of leadership and of confianza, not managing people through a system but coaching them, walking with newcomers until a guest begins to feel at home (en casa).
