MNA Hispanic Ministries hosts ministry conferences to strengthen churches, equip leaders, and encourage gospel-driven church planting. These gatherings create space for worship, fellowship, and shared learning among pastors, leaders, and congregations.
Our prayer is that every event becomes a catalyst for gospel renewal, equipping participants to return to their local context with fresh ideas and renewed passion for God and ministry.
Leading with Confianza Cohorts

The health of a congregation is closely tied to the health of its leaders. Yet many Hispanic ministry leaders experience isolation and lack support groups where they can speak openly about the unique challenges they face.
MNA Hispanic Ministries facilitates pastoral cohorts that provide trusted, relational environments for growth in wisdom, skill, and godliness. These cohorts emphasize presence over quick solutions, creating space for encouragement, reflection, and mutual care.
We long to see pastors strengthened for long-term ministry, grounded in Christ, connected to others, and equipped to serve with joy.

Humanly speaking, the future of the Church depends on leaders who are prepared to teach, shepherd, and multiply others. Yet fewer than 1% of PCA pastors are Hispanic, revealing a clear need for intentional investment.
MNA Hispanic Ministries facilitates Leadership Development by identifying and mentoring emerging leaders, walking with those called to pastoral ministry toward ordination, and investing in their spiritual formation along the way.
Our desire is to see a rising generation of leaders marked not only by gifting, but by humility, theological depth, and a deep love for Christ and His Church.

Ministry is deeply rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming. Many leaders quietly wonder if anyone truly understands the burdens they carry.
That’s why we host Ministry Charlas, simple online gatherings where ministry leaders connect, share real stories, and pray for one another.

For a variety of cultural and historical reasons, the PCA remains largely unknown within the Hispanic community. At the same time, God is raising up gifted leaders who need clear and faithful pathways into ministry.
MNA Hispanic Ministries builds relationships with seminaries, invests personally in emerging leaders, and walks alongside them as they discern their calling, helping place them in appropriate ministry contexts.
Our aim is to is to develop a strong and sustainable pipeline of Hispanic leaders who are well-supported and faithfully placed for long-term ministry impact within the PCA.
General Assembly Dinner

Each year during the PCA General Assembly, we gather for our Hispanic Ministries Dinner—an evening marked by stories, laughter, and a shared passion for the gospel. As Psalm 133:1 reminds us, “How good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity.”

Gospel Multiplicadores Ministry

Many churches and presbyteries desire to engage their Hispanic neighbors but lack clarity, strategy, or the necessary resources to move forward effectively.
MNA Hispanic Ministries comes alongside churches and presbyteries to provide guidance, tools, and encouragement for developing sustainable, gospel-centered ministry efforts. This support is both practical and relational, shaped to meet real needs.
Our hope is that each church would move forward with clarity and confidence as they seek to reach their Hispanic neighbors.

Christ is building His Church, and the growth of the Hispanic population presents a significant opportunity for gospel expansion in our day. Faithful church planting is essential to meet this moment.
MNA Hispanic Ministries supports Church Planting by equipping pastors, planters, and sending bodies through training, assessment, and ongoing consultation that sustains and strengthens the work.
Our prayer is that the Lord would raise up many new congregations; healthy, rooted in the gospel, and committed to multiplying for generations to come.
